Life Coaches Coaching PROGrAM
Life Coaching Program
We offer 12-week life coaching “seasons” with our program breaking down into 3 phases:
- Weeks 1 & 2 Intake and Goal setting
- Weeks 3-10 Coaching Sessions
- Weeks 11 & 12 Completion period, Goal review, success plan
Each week consists of the following:
- 45-minute in-person or Google video session
- Weekly assignment
- Weekly 10-minute “laser” session over the phone
- A weekly email to clients on sessions, assignments, and progress
WHAT DOES TEEN/YOUNG ADULT LIFE COACHING LOOK LIKE?
Each Coaching “Season” is 12 weeks long!
Weeks 1 and 2
Intake & Goal Setting
- Gather “impact” information while building the coach-client relationship.
- Establish precise coaching needs your teenager or young adult requires.
- Create our goals for the life coaching “season” and the best ways for us to move forward as a team.
Weeks 3-10
Coaching Sessions
- After the establishment of goals, our coaches will use research based methods/activities to help our clients reach their full potential.
- Weekly 10 minute phone “laser” sessions to check in with client progress
- Weekly email to parents outlining each week in addition to progress updates.
Weeks 11 & 12
Completion period- Goal review- Success plan
- Review the coaching goals and adjustments over the “season.”
- Create a plan for continued progress outside of life coaching.
- Close the coaching relationship and assess that your expectations of season have been met.
FEE FOR THE 12 WEEKS IS $3,000.00
