Coach Chris Miller
Co-Founder/Coach
Coach Miller founded Tampa Bay Life Coaches with Coach Mike Mann after a 20-year career as a high school teacher and head football coach.
During his time as a teacher and coach at Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, then later at Seminole High (Seminole), Coach Miller had his fair share of successes on the gridiron, but what gave him his greatest sense of pride and fulfillment was seeing the impact he made on his student-athletes off of the field.
During his 20-year career, Coach Miller not only sent well over 100 student-athletes off to college, but he also helped countless more find their calling that had nothing to do with football or college. He made it his mission to help young people find their passion in life and pursue it.
Coach Miller is a Native of St. Petersburg Florida, He graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy and the University of Tampa. He is Married to his Wife Sandra and they have 2 sons.
Coach Mike Mann
Co-Founder/Coach
Coach Mann founded Tampa Bay Life Coaches with Coach Chris Miller following a 31-year coaching career with Pinellas County Schools.
In his 3 decades plus of service to the youth of Pinellas County, Coach Mann served as an assistant football coach at Dunedin High (1987-1995) and later at Seminole High (2006-2022). Coach Mann also served as an assistant softball coach at Seminole High school (2006-2022).
Coach Mann could boast about his many awards and accolades in the sports and coaching world, but what drove him to coach all those years was fulfillment and satisfaction he received when he saw his pupils find success away from the football or softball field.
His passion for mentorship and helping people is his true calling.
Coach Mann is a Native of Largo, Florida. He graduated from Largo High. He is Married to his wife Lisa and they have 2 children and 1 grandchild.
Coach Kenny Crawford

Coach Crawford comes to Tampa bay life Coaches with 25 years of experience in the public education system at Title 1 schools!
Coach Crawford has taught Physical Education, Driver Education, Social Studies, ESE & Critical thinking. During his time as an educator he has also coached Football, Wrestling; Cross country including 13 years as the Head Football Coach at Pinellas Park High School.
During his time as a Coach, Crawford helped hundreds of kids find their passion and move forward to College, Vocational training, the work force & the Armed services!
Coach Crawford is a 1993 HS Graduate from Boca Ciega HS in Gulfport Florida. After High school he went on to play football at Westmar University in Lemars Iowa & eventually transferred & graduated from Huron University in South Dakota! Coach has traveled the country and gained much life experience & is very passionate about helping kids find their calling! Crawford credits the Coaches in his life for his success!
Coach Crawford is a native of Gulfport Florida & currently resides in St. Petersburg with His Wife, Heather.
The Crawfords have 2 children, Corbin, 19 years old & Kennedy, 16 years old.
Coach Jasandra Berman

Coach Berman is a mentor, community builder, and unapologetic force for forward movement. She is committed to helping young people build confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence, long before life forces them to learn the hard way.
Born and raised in Miami and shaped by real-life challenges, Coach Berman understands what it means to navigate chaos and still rise. Her mission is simple: give students the tools she wishes more young people had, structure, belief, accountability, and vision.
Through initiatives like Coaches Lunch, school partnerships, and community mentorship programs, All Forward creates safe spaces where students feel seen, heard, and guided. Coach Berman believes every child deserves a coach in their corner, someone who teaches them how to move forward with clarity, confidence, and character.
Coach Berman is married, with 3 kids, and lives in Seminole.
